I have bought a small/medium and a 16lb Italian Greyhound. If you have an IG, you know they have a fun shape. This sweater fits him pretty well, he is 17" neck to back and 21" bust. The sleeves on his forearms are a bit tighter than he would like and this prevents him from running at full speed, but he can walk comfortably and hop around a bit.
