I got this laptop as a graduation gift last year and it worked fine initially but after a few months problems started to appear. The main problem that persists is the cooling system. I was working on a project or task and the system would shut down about every 5 minutes. I took the system to my university's tech support who told me they had the same issue when they tried it. They attempted to fix the problem by disassembling the laptop and lubricating the fan, which seemed unable to cool the system effectively, causing it to shut itself down. It has been working better since then, but I keep encountering this problem. Everything else works fine. Every system I have installed is fast and efficient. After all, the gap is a kind of pain. Not always a space when pressed.
