Review on Rotary 13402 TIRE SKIN TORO by Derick Johns

This worked great for fitting a new tread to my old Toro commercial mower model 22035. I recommend using longer bolts for temporary use when putting them back in between your old wheel hubs. The original short screws will not come out until everything is tightened. When you have assembled the impeller, replace the longer bolts with the original shorter ones one by one. Also consider replacing the rubber sealed bearings at the same time. Mine were R8 2RS models. (10pcs) Rubber Seals R8-2RS Ball Bearings R8-rs 1/2" x 1-1/8" x 5/16" Now I might get another 30 years from this mower? :-)
