****Updating. 6/18/21 Verbatim has sent out an update that fixes the following issue. The drive is now available and working properly. I can safely say that anyone using Windows 10 will no longer be able to use or access Verbatim Secure Pro USB. This disc requires Adobe Flash Player. Issue: Adobe Flash Player was officially discontinued on December 31, 2020. Therefore, updating Windows 10 will permanently remove Adobe Flash Player. This is a forced update. The exact update to uninstall Adobe Flash Player is: (Update to uninstall Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 version 20H2 for x64-based systems (KB4577586)) Because of this, Verbatim Secure Pro will NOT work. Verbatim support is very knowledgeable about the issue and has been giving me the same incorrect information for months. The hard drive is now unusable. Feel free to explore this information I have provided. It's a fact. Save yourself the headache.
