The motor arrived quickly and without damage. This $37 item was well under the OEM cost. After watching installation videos on YouTube (there are many 350Z lift motors that are known for poor durability) this motor was identical to the OEM and only took about an hour to install. I installed the engine with the window down, once I started the new engine no adjustment was required (although it does have an adjustment knob and brief printed instructions). The window goes up/down faster than the OEM when the OEM was running.
