Inaccurate measurements. Broken

I bought this scale 2 weeks ago. The numbers are VERY inaccurate (except for the weight in pounds, which is always accurate). Every time I weigh myself it's a different BF%, Muscle%, etc. Not exactly different, but the numbers are everywhere. I'm standing on the scale nearby, and the numbers are about 20 points apart. I knew from the start something was wrong with this machine because the first reading was 49% BF. I'm 5'3" and 130 lbs. These scales need to be broken. Please note that I use the scale every day and am very good with these kinds of weights (I have a gym and weigh people for work).
