After years of using the Feline Natural Chicken and Venison formula with great success, we were dismayed to discover our cat suddenly refused to eat a few months ago. We called the company's customer service and were told that the company had changed the formula of this food due to ingredient availability issues and received other calls complaining that their cats are now rejecting the new formula. FYI: Jars with a February 2023 expiration date use the older, tastier formula; Jars with an expiration date of April 2023 or later use a new, less palatable formula (the consistency has also changed - the new formula is much denser, with less obvious water content). If you have had the same experience, you can call Feline Natural support and ask them to restore the old formula.
