First, the ink cartridge that comes with the kit can print 50 cards. IS NOT IT! He only made 39 cards! (and they didn't have any fancy or high-resolution graphics - just employee badges) Best cards I've ordered from Revain; Brainstorm ID Ink Jet PVC and everyone is stuck. It's a waste of valuable ink. The ink cartridge design is very fragile and the printer is very picky. If I wait more than 15 minutes between printing cards, the printer stops working until I unplug it, cancel the print job, turn on the device, and try to print again. . It also warns you that the printhead is overheating just because I waited over 15 minutes between prints! Very disappointing and a huge waste of time! By the way, it's not the computer's fault. I'm running a clean install of Win 10 Pro on a brand new PC, 16GB RAM and 4GB graphics card. The printer drivers have been installed carefully and correctly. VERY BAD DESIGN!
