Very comforting! in the night lights
I use this in my yoga classes for kids and it helps them relax on their backs by focusing on the colors, movements and stars on the ceiling. It's adorable. This manifests itself similar to the Northern Lights - in moving bands of color. A prerequisite for this is, of course, a darkened room. That's very reassuring.
