Unfortunately this product is not very stable. I was still able to use it, but with a shorter pole and not where I originally wanted it to be. It's pretty easy to install and I think it will work perfectly in some cases. just not quite for me. I bought it for church use with a light projector. I wanted to put in the middle of the vaulted ceiling. The stability of the center brace and the stability of this product together made me very nervous about how long it would last and how it would perform.
