I received my phone. Charged up, application downloaded, device connected. Impressive. Sound very pleasantly soft beautiful sound very characteristic of B&O products. A slight hum could be heard in one of the speakers from the start. I thought it might have something to do with the cold outside and the traffic. So I sent it back to my local UPS shop per Revain's instructions. UPS accepted the package and sent it to me. I have received a tracking number and receipt and the item should be delivered and returned. I then receive an email notification from Revain's Buyers/Returns department. By a customer service specialist. So tell me. We cannot refund this order until we have received the correct item. Please return it to us if you want a refund. I returned an email asking for an account specialist to call me. I was informed via email that Revain is not configured for direct phone calls. 2020 (actually), why Revain has no problem wasting people's time with this most valuable resource on earth, I don't understand. But the advantages are obvious. You, not the US. Has this happened to anyone else? My question. Has Revain ever kindly emailed you saying they think you're confused and don't want your money back after you've returned the item? If so, please let me know about your specific problem in the comments section. I'm a little annoyed @ moment. This seems to be a common problem with them.
