Used this brown for the first time to bake banana bread a few weeks ago. I got my old hand mixer from Dollar General for $20 I think so it's a huge upgrade. And now that I've used it, I'll never go back to the cheaper ones! First of all, the design of this whisk is amazing! The whisks are made of very thin metal that has no gaps to better get stuck in. So it's very easy to clean them up and I don't feel like I'm wasting a ton of dough even when I'm making cookie dough. However, I have mixed feelings about the knob-style speed settings. It's smooth and easy to turn, but I find it difficult to turn it with the same hand that I use to hold the mixer. It's not that hard, but nothing as smooth and easy as something I could use just one hand to do. The overall quality is definitely good. The blender itself is solid, the stitching is well done. It's also light and comfortable to hold. In terms of power, the thing is definitely powerful and can really pick up speed. It can even handle very thick dough with ease without getting tangled up in it. You get a black velvet bag for storing whisks and kneaders, which is nice. Unfortunately there was none that could fit an entire hand mixer. Overall very happy with it!
