Arrived with a broken needle inside
Can't tell if this is a quality product or not. It was well packaged so I doubt it was damaged in transit but it arrived with a thermometer needle broken off the dial in the thermometer bezel. I can only assume it's cheaply made and now that I've read other reviews about the poor quality of the clip and other parts I'm convinced this isn't a quality product. Revane wants me to go back in or out of the store so now I have to wait to walk out to get a refund. Think I'll buy a replacement while I'm at Kohl's. Well, live and learn.
