I wanted to like this because it looks and feels good and functions well but it is not waterproof and the way the wires exit the back cover looks like an amateur made it. The back cover is plastic, not aluminum as described and the wires are just pushed through individual drilled holes with nothing to seal around the wire. Some of the switches were not pushed into the face plate all the way and were not crushing the gaskets behind the switch so there were several places for water to get in. The output wires are not needed and would require splicing to any accessories you are switching. Better to remove cover and run accessory wire directly to spade terminal on the back of the switch to eliminate another crimped connection to the short wire provided. I'm very particular about how I wire accessories because I want everything to look factory installed or better. The design of this would make it difficult to make it look like anything other than a mess of wires.
