The ability of being able to see what my team is working on in real time with all their details was great! Sometimes when I tried switching over from one project or task that had been completed it would not allow me access until later so having everything at once can be helpful for ease of use as well as staying organized as you complete tasks/projects throughout the day.

Also loved how much we could add things like attachments without needing them attached separately which saved us money! This software helped streamline our process and make sure everyone was seeing exactly where they were supposed to go next.
