I've heard other reviews that the grater is very sharp and can hurt your feet. I used the grater gently and briefly and then one of the other files that came with the set and my feet were the softest and callus-free in a long time. I didn't want to overdo it the first time, but the tools did a great job the first time. I will use them again in a few days to better beautify my feet. I can honestly say that the work I've done on my feet with these tools has been so much better than any salon pedicure I've had in years. I don't even bother getting a salon pedicure anymore because they never do a good job, I hurt myself physically while having a professional pedicure and I'm worried about the sanitary conditions. Definitely happy with my purchase! Besides my nail polish, my legs are beautiful again!
