My wife patiently persuaded me to replace the CFL in one of our lamps with a three-way lamp*. She likes a lot of light, I like to think in three directions, so it's a win-win situation. As I expected based on the reviews, the bulbs arrived well packaged: one box inside another box with small air pockets. Despite the externally good packaging, two onions were crushed into powder during transport. I've reported the issue but haven't received a response yet. I will update my review when I have something to say. "Hooray, light."* Why she didn't buy and screw in a 3-way lightbulb herself remains a mystery. Update: A partial refund has been processed less than 24 hours after a mild complaint about 2 broken bulbs. I give the seller a hearty "Bravo" for the customer service. Added another star: for outstanding service.
