just received them; almost never used it. First, they feel great, flex great, and feel totally secure. My hands are medium, not quite XL, so I tend to go bigger. Free can be so annoying. My last few gloves were great but when I bought a second pair of the same brand and size they sucked. These are better. They fit as I would expect. The cuff is not too wide; beautiful and streamlined. The knee protector is exactly where it should be. But what really shines is the thickness of the skin on the fingers, yet at the same time they are so flexible. No limits; It doesn't feel like your hand has to struggle to close or stay open. I love the padding on the palm, just on the outside of the pinky that can slide first/most across the floor, and it feels great on the throttle too. And it's strange: the smell. They smell as good as a good baseball glove. Granted, I'll have to wear them on a longer trip, but so far so good.
