The best thing about Upshot is its ability to understand our business and help us find new customers for our products. It's also very easy to use and its features are constantly being improved. They have been working with us for almost 2 years now and they always listen to our feedback and suggestions. We've been able to create campaigns that target our ideal customers and get them engaged with our brand. And we're still working with them! Their support team is amazing and responsive. Sometimes it takes some time to implement changes but once you do, everything works perfectly. Our main issue was getting more people to engage with our brand. With Upshot, we were able to reach out to those who had expressed interest before and turn them into actual buyers.
