Numerous design flaws, very cheap and poor construction but the biggest complaint is it just doesn't work. Joycons just don't fit. * Third-party controllers will not even match controllers that are very similar in design to the official pro. * The entire dock is very cheaply made and doesn't hold the controllers securely or help route ports to the charging head which does nothing but sticks out very briefly resulting in hard to get at the controller ports and scratching the controller , when trying to line it up correctly, and then the slightest vibration, even if someone walks across the room, is enough to make the gamepad fall off.* Even the official Nintendo Pro gamepad doesn't sit properly on the charging port.* And that is the greatest obstacle of all. All charging stations, both for controllers and Joy-Cons, are randomly selected whether they work or not. One day they will charge you with a fine, the next 2 days is nothing but a dead port. I tried using this for 2 weeks and it charged successfully for maybe 4 days? Now it will be returned. I have a cheap copy of a $10 PlayStation controller dock that is absolutely centered around this product. The controllers guide, lock securely and always have a reliable charge. While this docking station looks good, it offers literally nothing reliable or functional.
