This is a kitchen essential! I have one in our RV and I just had to get it for the house. I have sore shoulders and less strength in my arms and wrists than before. This one-handed, one-clip filter is very easy to use. Many clip filters now available have two clips. Therefore, both hands or a two-step process are required to secure it. Which isn't even necessary. I can take it, strap it down with one hand, and drain pasta, veggies, potatoes, etc. It is also great for degreasing cooked meat. And the big bonus is that it can easily be washed in the dishwasher! You might not think that a separate strainer is a big deal. Until you use it!
