Review on 💪 Meister Professional Heavy Bag Spring - Black (for Punching Bags up to 250lb) by Brian Young

The spring is very strong and won't sag with my 70 lb bag hanging from it. I bought it to reduce the noise in the house when I hit the punching bag. My bag is hanging from a 6x6 joist in my garage and I've been told that in the upstairs bedrooms it sounds like a "nasal noise" or whatever sound you probably imagine a spring should make when it's up used in this way. I definitely recommend this to reduce noise in the rest of the house if you hit a heavy bag. My only issue is that the loops don't fit together very snugly at the end making it too big to use on my Firstlaw heavy timber beam. the bag hanger itself, I had to use another hook between it and the heavy wooden beam bag hanger which caused the bag to hang lower. Not as much.
