Looks the same as the picture but they come separately so you will need to tie them all together with string. If they were finished I would give them 5 stars. Ideal for 40th Anniversary, New Year or any other occasion. I do not recommend using them to hang a 24 inch balloon as a tail as the tassels are too heavy and will pull the balloon down. Festive and cute for display!
