How can smoothness be a deterrent, you ask. I carry my wallet in my back pocket and I wear Levi every day. Levi's seem to be made for small foldable bills (what most people mistakenly call wallets). A slick wallet (something that doesn't require folded paper money) in my circumstances tends to work on its own when I'm seated. Found it on the floor after getting up and out of the cafe chair.
