Bought this to texture and brand new home theater room from a repurposed attic space. For my first time, it worked really well. A couple of tips (if you're new to this) is 1. Make sure and use a nice-sized compressor as this constantly will spew air (even when you're not shooting), so a smaller compressor will prime indefinitely and may not keep up. (I have a 30 gallon one and it made quick work of a 300 sq ft room). 2. Make sure you dilute your texture mix. I didn't do it enough and it clogged

I recently sheet rocked (2) 10 x 10 rooms, after doing the tape and mud, I decided to use spray texture on both the ceilings and walls. As a first time user I was pleasantly surprised at how professional the results turned out. A couple of tips, diluting the texture with water to a pancake batter consistency mixed well with a drill and paddle, careful to keep the hopper from tipping and spilling, good to have a helper keep your air hose from tangling.

We needed to cover about 300 sq ft of walls with texture to match existing walls. Sponging texture on would have taken forever (days?). This hopper gun got it all done in a few minutes per section. Load the gun, spray it all over a given section, wait 5 minutes, knock it down, repeat on next section. Made covering a few new walls very easy and manageable. I have never used a hopper gun before and found this one pleasing to use. Cleanup was pretty easy as well. Didn't need instructions…

I was very happy with how this gun worked. The size is good for small to medium jobs. Make sure you practice to get your settings right

The main problem is the nozzle leakage regardless of adjustment, this will cause your compressor to run non-stop. The second issue is the hopper that falls off, the plastic material is too hard for the band clamp to have any effect.This is a good concept with the small hopper for small jobs and ability to texture ceilings, just not worth the hassle of trying to make it work and not fall apart.

I do repairs and ceilings have always been the one thing that I don’t enjoy when patching and matching. The big hoppers are messing hard to see around. This gun worked like a champ. Highly recommend for handymen and inexpensive way to increase your income

Used it to texture a bathroom ceiling and all the walls. Used the two different sized tips and everything went great. Saved a lot of money doing it myself.

The item worked very well. It’s a lot easier spraying horizontally than vertically. Make sure clamp for the hopper is secure. It can become quite a mess if it breaks loose😚

I was able to repair the popcorn on my garage ceiling with this gun. I bought the yellow hopper gun, so that when you are spraying the ceiling, the hopper doesn't spill on you, plus you can remove the angled plastic connector when you are spaying walls. More diversity. First, some of the hardware that come on this thing is complete garbage. Replace both hose clamps. used it for my house foundation with decorative concrete paint by Lilz worked fantastically! Put it on thin and then another coat.

Very cool find! Great for touch-ups, punch out, small closets, hallways, hard to reach places! Not as big as the regular hand held hopper. Much lighter! Same spray pattern

I was able to texture the wall, and then paint it with the same gun. A definite time saver, which was very easy to use. The gun may not be as durable as traditional painting equipment, leading to frequent replacement or repair.

I received this item in an old torn taped up box. The items inside looked used and it looked like paint inside the sprayer. I returned it because it wasn't worth what I paid for. I want new UNUSED items like I paid for.

Started leaking from the tip the minute mud was added to the hopper. air only made it worse. Attempted to clean and tighten appropriate parts of the gun to no avail. Hopper connections can fail if you try and use the hopper handle.
