Great Wallpaper - my new review

Pretty easy to use and easy to put up. I did use it on an older wall that had wood-like indents, hence the reason I chose this pattern. I had to use 4 rolls for the one wall.I will say that you have to be careful when you press into the corners and top/bottom of the wall; the wallpaper did split easily if you pushed hard into the corners.I would like to give like 4-1/2 starts due to the price and overall durability (splitting in corners if pressed to hard).

Pros
  • Can be removed without damaging existing paint or plaster
Cons
  • May create more potential waste than traditional wallpaper

2 person job in my review

It is a lot easier to use if you have 2 people. The adhesion is great and the pattern is just as shown online. We wallpapered our dining area which took 5 rolls. On one roll there were a few creases when we unrolled it. We hung it anyway thinking they would work their way out, they didn't. Two of the creases are not bad because of the pattern design, but one crease is right by the light switch and is very noticeable. We are leaving it alone right now, but may end up ordering another roll to…

Pros
  • Mimics the natural wood grain pattern
Cons
  • May not have the same texture as traditional wood panels

Easy to use: my feedback

I actually used this to cover a whiteboard in my classroom that had seen better days. I wanted to make it into a magnetic bulletin board and wanted it to be cute and fun. It was easy to put up by myself after I figured out a system that worked for me. I spread out the roll, positioned, and taped it where I wanted with scotch tape, then I went back and applied it. I recommend getting a wallpaper smoothing kit as it helped me out a ton of you could use an old license/credit card. I did it both…

Pros
  • Can be used to create an accent wall with wallpaper
Cons
  • May not be as durable as traditional wood panels

The only thing it sticks to is itself

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have done peel and stick wall paper before in my home with a different brand. This was the same design but a different brand and and $10 cheaper a roll. I figured I'd try it out. Big mistake. It has a horrible chemical smell that does not go away. I brought several rolls to do a wall in my living room. I followed the instructions exactly. I washed my wall and let them dry overnight. It went up okay but it was difficult to peel the backing off. It kept…

Pros
  • Provides a natural texture look to your walls
Cons
  • Blurry pattern

Not like other cheap papers at all!

Beautiful paper! Best thickness of all the peel and stick companies I’ve used! Let gravity do the work for you. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong length and didn’t notice until it was too late, had to order extra and the colors did not match (thank goodness it was only the bottom 12 inches of the wall!). One strip also had a wrinkle and it would not come out no matter what I did, even bought the special tools to use during application; once it’s on its not coming off without ripping up paint, I

Pros
  • Non-allergenic and safe for kids and pets
Cons
  • May not be suitable for homes with pets or small children

It works, but it's not that easy to position

I am NOT a crafter. I don't do stuff with my hands. But I did not like my kitchen island. So I took a chance and ordered the wall covering. I covered 3 sides of the island. The look is good. However, for someone like me, there were lots of issues. I ruined a section of covering when it curled back on itself and stuck to itself. Also, it tears easily when trying to position/reposition it. I do not believe it could be reused once removed from a location. But other than that, it did the trick. If…

Pros
  • Provides a warm and inviting atmosphere
Cons
  • May have a lower quality look than traditional wallpaper

Used to update van RV.

I purchased the wallpaper to use in the upgrade of a a RV Van we purchased. The "wood” had some damage and was really just wallpaper over pressed wood, I thought I would try the self adhesive wallpaper to cover it. It worked beautifully and gave the interior the update it needed. It was easy to install, even working in tight places. There is a good amount of vinyl in it, so I think it will last a long time.

Pros
  • Offers insulation to drafty walls
Cons
  • May leave residue on the walls after removal

Great to give any furniture item a facelift.

I used this to give my kids play table a look that matched our decor. When we moved the table out of the playroom that converted into a bedroom I was ready to get rid of the table all together. I had an idea to attempt to make it look like something I could see in my living room and the final product is a table I love, the kids love, and the complements keep coming from our guests.

Pros
  • Low maintenance and easy to clean
Cons
  • May not be as eco-friendly as other decorating options

adhesion is not all it should be

I applied this to a wall in my camper. I purchased a roll of the narrow width and another of the 17.71" The narrow roll adhered well. The backing on the 17.71" roll paper had some places that were pulled away from the face side. Today the camper was out in the heat and the 17.71" pieces began to peel away. I peeled the pieces back and applied some wallpaper paste- that did the trick- I think the roll I received had bad adhesive

Pros
  • An affordable way to transform your decor
Cons
  • May create a cluttered look if not applied strategically

Would be 5 stars, but.

I bought 3 big rolls of this vinyl for an accent wall. I was super impressed with the first two rolls. Like other reviewers have said, the vinyl is very forgiving and you can peel it off and lay it back down if you make a mistake and it will still be sticky. I even put the whole wall up by myself. It's easy to line up the pattern. After the first 2 rolls, I would have enthusiastically given 5 stars. However, along came the third roll. I noticed as soon as I opened it that the printing on the…

  • Adds value to your home

LOVE this product! in my review

I was redecorating our office and I’ve been repainting all of the trim and doors in our house in white (over old 80’s-era dark wood varnish). When I got to the closet in the office I was really hesitant on painting them because the doors so far have taken 1 coat of primer and 2-3 coats of paint. A waste of money. So since this was the office and not the spare bedroom I thought I’d try something different. And it worked PERFECTLY! I’m SO happy with the end result of these doors covered with this

Pros
  • Peel and stick installation makes installation super easy
Cons
  • May not be suitable for renters who are not allowed to make permanent changes

Looks nice from a distance-for a bit.

Put up as head board. Followed instructions, looked good-for a bit but it has been less than 24 hours and it is pulling up on all seams. There were no bubbles when it was first installed and an hour later you see the bubbles in the photo. I’m pretty sure in a day or two it will be fully off the wall. Just wanted something to dress up the splice some without damaging the walls or having to glue. Not worth it.

Pros
  • Tears easily, but otherwise easy to put up and looks great
Cons
  • This would work well in a cabinet not on a wall

Happy with price, quality and results!

I used this in my small bathroom. It took some prep work and patience, but I am very happy with how it turned out. To ensure good results, I used an electric sander to smooth the (very textured) wall, then cleaned the wall. My husband removed the toilet tank so I could paper behind the toilet. I started at the top and used a squeegee to smooth the paper as my daughter unrolled it. This pattern is very forgiving, and I would definitely recommend for a first-time project.

Pros
  • Waterproof and humidity resistant
Cons
  • May require a professional installer for best results

Looks Beautiful!: my feedback

I installed this over dated paneling. I made sure to cut and leave extra on top and slightly overlap sides in case of shrinkage. It's been up for over a month now with absolutely NO problems and looks fantastic. I see complaints about it not adhering properly, I've had no issues. It's how you install it. Spend a few bucks and get yourself a 12" paint shield and use it like a squeegee as you apply the paper on the wall. Start at the top and only remove the backing a foot at a time.

Pros
  • Perfect for renters who don't want to damage walls
Cons
  • May not be as long-lasting as traditional wallpaper

Very pretty and great quality

Great product! Easy to put on if you have a helper (or four hands). Looks really nice - so pleased with how it turned out. A good quantity for the price too. This project used most of the roll because I did two strips, each 7 feet across. Seems to be sticking very well btw. I was able to pull the first section off a couple of times to reposition and it still stuck on when I wanted it to.

Pros
  • Save hundreds of dollars by not having to hire professional installers
Cons
  • Limited availability in local stores

Different size options do NOT match!

Great product overall. Looks beautiful, colors fit with the project I was using it for (redecorating my daughters’ room), and with two people, it was easy to apply. We placed it on slightly textured wall with flat paint, and it took really well. Hopefully it’ll last a long time. One MAJOR thing I’m really disappointed in with this product is the following:We ordered a 17.7”x 196” roll, and ran out of product (decided to cover more wall than originally planned). We needed about that much to…

Pros
  • Wallpaper
Cons
  • May not be suitable for high-moisture areas like bathrooms

Looks fantastic! on my review.

This is a great looking product and easy to work with. I freshened up my family room at camp. The wood panel look is believable and the colors were true. Being able to reposition it was wonderful, yet once I was done it stayed put!

Pros
  • Adds texture to your walls
Cons
  • The design may not look as authentic as real wood panels

Easy to use - my new review

This is one of three brands and patterns of contact paper I bought as I was trying to decide which direction to go in updating a fairly large number of old bookcases. It was the most expensive, but also the best--quite easy to work with and of a good thickness, and the results were great. I ended up going with a different

Pros
  • Create a cozy atmosphere in any room
Cons
  • May not be as easy to install as advertised

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice, but doesn't go far

Easy to use and seems to be durable. My only complaint is the small amount that comes in a package. I used it to cover a small work desk. It took three rolls to cover the front and two sides.

Pros
  • Covers up stains and blemishes on walls
Cons
  • Could be difficult to remove from wood surfaces

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Doesn't stick! for my opinion

This wallpaper looked really nice when it was first installed, but over a couple days, started to separate from our wall. I purchased a cheaper version of this product from another seller, and it has been sticking a thousand times better. Save your money and buy a different version!

Pros
  • Durable and reliable
Cons
  • May not blend well with other wall decor
