A few modifications/corrections and everything is fine
As mentioned the set screws are very soft, mine is rounded where the hex key went. I went to a hardware store, bought hardened ones and fixed them. Another hole is not fully drilled. Drilled and installed an M4-.7 tap in both holes for cleaning. Now installed and working.
