This collar is very pretty and elegant, I put it on my 12 week old cat Minka, but it will be just as adorable on a small to medium sized puppy. The flower is not too big, not too small, just right. I bought an XS, tightened it all the way up and it fits her perfectly as her tiny neck is now only 6 inches long. Size chart looks accurate. The collar itself is made from a nice soft suede-like fabric and seems sturdy and well made at the moment (especially for the price) but time will tell. I like the fact that it doesn't come loose and the buckle snaps securely into place. The beads next to the bell are a nice touch and an identification tag can be attached to the silver ring. Very happy with my purchase so far!
