Update: Customer Service is GREAT! I couldn't figure out how to set up a custom thread and they spent days messaging me until I got it working. I am very impressed! I am also very happy with the product. Highly recommended! I liked the light after figuring out how to set it up (see tips below). Love the fact that it works with both HomeKit and Google Home. Here's a tip for iPhone users (I've already sent the seller a suggestion to add more details to their instructions). During initial setup, you can only select your home Wi-Fi network on the Wi-Fi network setup page if you allow precise location in Privacy > Location setup. Then all you have to do is enter your WiFi password. Hope that helps.
