I love this lightbulb! It's perfect for a room where I need a little more light. I love silver with the added chic factor of "jewels" hanging around the room. I also like that it has 2 USB ports and a power outlet built right into the base. In the electronic age, I always struggle to find an outlet where I need it, and new devices often come with a charging cable but no adapter. I first tried setting up this lightbulb with a smart plug. , so I was able to turn it on remotely, but it just wasn't working. This didn't really matter, however, as a smart plug in the off position would also disable the sockets on the lamp's base, one of which I use regularly. So I removed the smart plug and left the bulb on all the time, touching it as needed to get the light I wanted. Then switch between the less bright settings instead of cycling through them in the other direction (from the lightest to the lightest).
