I am postmenopausal and my hair has started to thin a little. I've only been using this product for about three weeks. I feel like I'm seeing results, but it's hard to measure any time soon. I can say I would use ACTIIV whether I need it for thinning hair or not. I've been diligently using the cleanser and conditioner as directed and I'm glad I've found a product I love so much that gives me the results I want without drying out my (already dry) hair or ruining my colour. . The biggest plus I've experienced so far is how it feels. I rub the cleanser into my scalp, it's luxuriously thick and smells amazing!
