most of the reviews are correct, the parts don't screw together that well, loosen or seem to be torn, but for my purpose I only needed one Part of the stake and ONE bracket and then part of the display, creating a garden display about 2.5ft tall. I found these parts bolt together fairly well and keep the display stable. IF YOU need all the pieces stacked together to reach the full height, or even 3 pieces plus the display. You may have problems. I would recommend (IF YOU ARE HANDY AND HAVE THE TOOLS). Spot weld the pieces or use a piece of rebar attached to posts and use wraps to attach the display to the rebar (if you need the full height). You will need support. .Besides that, the main display is really good and the light is nice with color changing, not very bright but creates a nice atmosphere. If you use it under 3ft tall, it's doable on its own.
