The hat itself is well constructed and durable. High quality material and a solid base make it very stable. Jewelry is where this article falls short. Although there are some decorative elements, the quality or construction is a disaster! The bow has frayed edges and exposed adhesive edges. The photos show some splashes of rainbow glitter... it arrived with baubles in 4 places. The two hearts on picks were glued together and covered with glitter again. Their separation caused damage to the twine bindings and snowflakes, requiring them to be cut off and replaced. The felted holly sprigs were glued on but unfortunately they didn't get glue anywhere so they just sat on top of some leaves with drops of glue. Other greens are cheap plastic that can be used in an aquarium. replaced! GENERAL: There's nothing that can't be fixed, but when you buy something new you don't literally have to rebuild the item to use it as described. If you're smart, this is an easy item that is fun and SHOULD be remade. If you're just buying to unpack and hang on your Christmas tree, this item isn't for you.
