Useful tool which benefits both employees AND customers

This is like having your own call center in house, you can answer calls live (sometimes), send text messages right away or schedule an appointment with customer service for follow up. I do not think it has all of the bells & whistles that some other platforms have but it's easy enough to use. It helps keep my phone lines free during non-business hours so I can take care of personal needs when needed instead of waiting until business hours. If I'm at work and need support after close, I just make sure someone knows about the issue before they leave because if it goes unanswered then we lose out on revenue while trying to resolve the problem. We are able to track our incoming callers as well as our outgoing ones. For those who want full control over the way they operate this option may be best suited for them. When there was no one available to help me immediately, I could.

  • The ability to set schedules by day/time slots within specific time frames which makes calling easier than ever due to scheduling issues being resolved easily now since everyone involved gets instant updates! Also allows tracking information per caller such as their location via GPS mapping system using Google Maps integration feature included here too!! Very nice features overall..and very user friendly interface!!! Easy access from any computer anywhere
