Perfect for our cat halter
I bought this a second time because it worked so well. We keep our cat tethered outside. That might sound weird to some, but I think letting your cat kill birds is even weirder. The harness is light and strong. The first lasted two to three years with daily use and outside in all weathers. The orange color is a plus as it's easy to tell if it's tangled etc. The color will fade over time.
