I received this product as a gift for the first time, but it was damaged (all the bubble wrap has leaked). I had to go back. Second, I bought one because I really like the scent of lavender and it got a decent review. It was spilled back in bubble wrap. Third time I ordered again for myself (yes I tried this product stubbornly) - it was damaged again, when I spoke to the support team they promised that this would not happen again and that it would be done with care would be treated. This time I didn't have to return the item but I really wanted the item to be complete. All 3 times it was in a small bubble wrap tucked in a paper plastic envelope. The third time I thought it was in a box with airbags. In general I like the smell.
