im 6ft, 215 lbs, athletic slender build. my legs are long so if your body is kind of like mine, the triple X-large works

- I love it. It came with ankle socks and a ruler pen for some reason but I love them
Cons
- These are made from a really uncomfortable material but if you can get past that they look great
