My wife likes it when we're on the go, she can relax instead of holding the phone for a long time, great when she's driving straight streaming, playing games or watching videos . We have large devices in cases so being able to hold them without removing the cases was a huge plus. The flexible arm supports the weight of these phones and mini tablets well. The adjustable cup holder extension mechanism works great in my car where so many of these mounts are too big or too small, with limited cheap adjustments/grip, it feels solid and looks unique (not that you look into the cup holder much, once he is adjusted to size )
