The ability to track all of my companies risks in one place, it makes managing them much easier than if they were spread out over different tools or apps! I don't like that you have so many options when creating your reports - this could be made simpler by having only certain types available depending upon what type/scope is needed at any given time (ie monthly vs yearly). It's very easy once we get used with how things work but getting there can take some trial & error as well!! Tracking our various accounts' credit scores from multiple sources has been super helpful since each source gives us slightly differing information which helps compare between providers before deciding who gets called first etc..
