Great tool and great customer service!!

The most important thing I like about this software is that it has inbuilt modules to calculate risks, which makes life easy for me as an analyst who needs to do my work with less effort. It's also very simple to use! Sometimes when you try to add new module or change existing one; you face some technical issues but those are easily resolved by their support team. Definitely worth trying out if your business requires calculation of various types of Risks (financial/legal). We have been able to…

Great for tracking business related risk info across products

The ability to track all of my companies risks in one place, it makes managing them much easier than if they were spread out over different tools or apps! I don't like that you have so many options when creating your reports - this could be made simpler by having only certain types available depending upon what type/scope is needed at any given time (ie monthly vs yearly). Very good tool - especially when managing new devices

RiskMoniter is not easy to use, so the reporting is not very effective. Also, the integration could be improved. We have to use RiskMonitor for compliance reporting. It's not easy to use and the reporting is not very effective. We are using Riskmonitor for the compliance reporting only. There is no other reporting option out there. So we have no alternatives. I like how it is very easy to use, even if you have never used a risk monitoring software before! It has some great features in terms of
