Unable to connect to school internet
I spoke to the seller on the extension that came with the package to call him first before returning the product and confirmed the computer internet speed is only 2.5 vs 5. This is never the case. The description did not state that the computer cannot connect to the school internet. Does he have all the software, including Microsoft Office 365, but can't connect to the school website? I've been asked to fix my computer, which I don't want to do as I've bought a new computer. I no longer have the box and would like to have a new internet box sent to me to connect to the school.
