I am very satisfied with this vest. I purchased this product because I have developed an umbilical hernia. This vest provides a nice tight wrap around my midsection -- but it's comfortable enough for me to wear all day at work. I like the fact that it has three rows of hooks so that I can adjust the tightness. If the vest is pre-hooked it is very tight and I have to step into it and pull it up over my waist -- but it is a man-girdle after all! I'm a relatively thin guy with a small 33/34 waist and the large-sized vest just barely fits me. It has an athletic cut and the top scoop is low enough that it doesn't show under my shirt. This is actually the third one of these vests I've purchased because they get sweaty -- so after one wearing, they need to be washed. All in all, I'm very pleased with the product.
