I had to reseal my rented kitchen sink just 8 months after the plumber did this with a non 100% silicone DAP. I am a woman who has never caulked anything in her life. The hardest part was removing the old seal. One thing you need to know is that the fumes from this product are intense. Because there were some huge gaps that I had to fill, the fumes lingered for about 4-5 days afterward and I wiped the area down every time I ran the water as I felt the work hadn't healed was when there were still couples. After 2 weeks I did a touch up and applied some more sealer to fill in the tiny gaps that had formed. Overall this seems like a really good product but I think next time I cartridge I'll grab a cartridge gun. I had to use 3 of these little tubes for my work and squeezing them is not the best way to get an even roll, especially as the tubes are running out.
