I love that it allows me to create my own templates, customize them in any way i want (or not), save those customizations so they can be reused later! The interface could use some work but there's nothing wrong with this software per se - just how well rounded its functionality really makes up for what might seem like minor issues at first glance.
We're using tamed as our main ticketing system across multiple departments within our organization; from sales through customer service. It has allowed us to standardize everything about tickets we do which helps everyone stay organized & efficient when processing events/ticket orders throughout their day.
