A powerful tool and easy-to learn platform

I love that it allows me to create my own templates, customize them in any way i want (or not), save those customizations so they can be reused later! The interface could use some work but there's nothing wrong with this software per se - just how well rounded its functionality really makes up for what might seem like minor issues at first glance. We're using tamed as our main ticketing system across multiple departments within our organization; from sales through customer service. It has…
