Review on GreatCall Jitterbug Smart2: User-Friendly No-Contract Smartphone for Seniors, in Black by Desmin Dickerson

The purpose of this purchase was this phone's excellent camera. Unfortunately, all my efforts and technical support (using the phone remote control feature) to email the photos I took have been unsuccessful. It was also reported that there was a software issue with retrieving data and minutes used. I have a feeling that this can be achieved through a procedure that is not suitable for the elderly. The phone itself is perfect for the elderly or anyone else really. Greatcall's technical support is one of the best I've come across. The inability to email photos became an obstacle to the deal. Possible reasons, weak signal, file too big, not being able to resize photos before transfer, maybe the phone itself, one of them or not, I'll never know as regrettably I returned the phone after I was tired of making it work.
