My 15 month old loves this stroller! It was easy to assemble. Super cute, she gets a lot of looks when she drives. The seat belt is a simple lap belt but is held in place. A few things to know before buying: 1) The handle is perfect for pushing the stroller, but if you want to transport it, note that the handle is not collapsible. It's bulged which makes it difficult to fit in the trunk and I drive a CRV. 2) This model is not fully enclosed and I regret not going for the "doors" model. My child often puts his foot in or leans forward and touches the ground when we drive. 3) it's noisy. It's essentially hollow plastic, including the wheels. It doesn't bother me much, but it's noticeable when you're trying to take a quiet walk. I think the rumble it makes also discourages you from pushing too fast. I would buy it again but I would go for the fully enclosed version. It's a bit more expensive but worth it.
