I like how easily you can connect with your employees through the platform. There are many different ways to communicate, which is great for the onboarding process. The interface isn't very intuitive, so it takes some time to learn how to use it well. Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for in the search bar. The main problem I have with Thrive is that there aren't many benefits to the platform. We've only used it for the onboarding process, but we do not plan on using other features. It has helped us keep all our employees connected and up-to-date with important information.
