Beware of this product

This product didn't fit me, I don't know if it's broken or not. After several attempts to get an answer from their support team, it just didn't work. I returned the product and asked for a refund. Waited over 2 months. The customer service/insider selling manager emailed me to help me get my money back. But I'm still waiting.
