Review on Winco ISP 3 Platter Enhanced Gripper by Alexander Scharon

I kept trying to properly clean and season these dishes. They have some kind of coating and the coating is not removed to allow them to be seasoned properly. I have 9 different cast irons and I know how to clean and season them but they won't take them. Any seasoning you try to put on the surface will crust and flake off the food. The build quality seems good, the handles and wooden stand are good, it's just the dish itself. I may have a bad impression but I haven't had any luck with this product so I will NOT recommend it.
